Field Marketing Representative

We're looking for sharp, motivated field sales professionals to represent our clients in their local markets. Your job: knock on doors, qualify prospects, and book follow-up meetings for companies selling B2B products and services. You're independent, you set your schedule, and you get paid well for results.
This is

contract work —you're a freelancer, not an employee. Projects range from 1-12 weeks depending on scope. You can take on multiple clients or focus on one at a time. It's up to you.
What you'll do:

Visit 8-12 qualified business prospects per day
Gather intel on decision-makers, business type, and interest level
Book confirmed meetings between prospects and your client's sales teams
Track your pipeline and submit daily reports
Build relationships and navigate objections to close meeting commitments
What you'll need:

Valid driver's license and reliable car (we pay for mileage at IRS rates)
6+ months of sales/business development experience (appointment-setting is even better)
Strong closing and persuasion skills Basic CRM/calendar management comfort
Ability to invoice and handle your own 1099 taxes
Self-motivated and reliable—we need people who show up and deliver
What We Pay:

Base:

$25/hour for field time (estimated $200/day)
Commissions:

$25-$500 per confirmed meeting booked
Reimbursements:

Mileage (IRS rate)
Typical projects: 15-25 hours/week × 2-12 weeks =

$600-$6,000+ per engagement
