General Placement Service is representing a top-rated brokerage in search for a Vice President of Placements to build & maintain carrier and broker relationships. In this role you will be a part of a long standing, and highly reputable brokerage in Long Island.
What you'll do:
- Perform placements for both new and renewal business
- Manage broker relationships
- Prepare reports and provide weekly updates to Directors
- Collaborate with producers, Account Executives, and Placement Specialists
- Review and ensure accuracy of binders, policies, and endorsements
- Verify accuracy of submissions
- Ensure compliance
To be qualified, you must have:
- 10+ years of commercial lines placement experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Applied EPIC experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Property & Casualty License
- Industry designation(s) preferred
