Задачи

Own and execute end-to-end SEO projects, from diagnosis and roadmap creation to implementation guidance and performance tracking
Perform technical and content SEO audits, identifying root causes impacting organic performance
Translate business objectives and KPIs into actionable SEO plans aligned with client priorities
Perform advanced keyword research, intent mapping, and competitive analysis
Drive on-page and content optimization efforts in collaboration with strategists and content team when needed
Monitor performance trends and proactively identify opportunities or risks
Ensure SEO best practices are applied consistently across deliverables
Convert data into clear insights and recommendations for internal teams and clients
Stay up to date with SEO and search industry developments
Adhere to company information security policies and complete required security awareness training
Требования

Proficient in English and German
3+ years of hands‑on SEO experience, preferably in an agency or multi‑project environment
Strong, hands‑on understanding of SEO fundamentals: technical SEO, website crawling & indexing, search performance analysis, keyword & intent research, and on‑page optimization
Proven experience working with Google Search Console and GA4, with the ability to extract insights and diagnose issues
Advanced experience with SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, BrightEdge, Similarweb, etc.
Solid experience in technical SEO basics, including: HTML & CSS fundamentals, Page speed, Core Web Vitals, indexability, internal linking, and structured data concepts
Strong working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
Experience creating or contributing to Looker Studio dashboards for SEO reporting
Ability to analyze data and translate findings into clear next steps
Awareness of AI‑assisted SEO workflows and openness to using AI to improve efficiency
Understanding of evolving search behaviors (e.g. AI Overviews, semantic search, topical authority)
Curious, proactive, and motivated to test and learn new SEO approaches
Strong problem‑solving skills with a structured, analytical mindset
Clear communicator, able to explain SEO topics to non‑SEO stakeholders
High sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail
Условия

Please note that this is a freelancer contract role. Work hours will be around 50 hours a month depending on demand. The hours will fall under CET working hours, please make sure that you have the availability. Salary Range: up to €50 gross per hour.
