General Manager, Sales & Marketing position available in the Plymouth, Michigan area working at our client location who is an established manufacturer.
Salary range is $130k to $140k. This is a direct hire opportunity. Client company benefits available
General Manager Duties for the General Manager, Sales & Marketing position:
-Develops annual sales and marketing plan, implementation. execution of sales and marketing
-Will recommend sales strategies for improvement
-Utilizes market research and competitor analyses
-Provides leadership in the development of joint ventures, affiliations and partnerships
-Will create and maintain budget
-Oversees and directs market research.
-Will build, develop and manage the sales and marketing
-Develop staff in both technical and professional skills
-Performs other related duties as assigned.
Skills, abilities and education/experience required for the General Manager, Sales & Marketing position:
-At least 5 years in sales leading a global team
-Bachelor's degree in a related business field, or equivalent experience
-Conversational fluent language skills in Japanese and English preferred
-Ability to adapt and be productive in a fast-paced and demanding environment
-Proficient in MS Office, specifically with Word, Excel and PowerPoint
-Understanding of international trade
-Ability to travel domestically and internationally
