Creative Executive (Graphic Designer / Motion Designer)

At Labo by Coudac, we have been supporting brands of all kinds (e-commerce / SaaS, B2B / B2C, cosmetics / energy / food / lifestyle…) for over 5 years in creating successful advertising campaigns on social networks.
We have developed a unique method, tested on hundreds of campaigns, which combines performance analysis, creation of impactful content, and continuous iteration.
Our team of a dozen passionate talents is looking for a new Creative Executive (Graphic Designer / Motion Designer) to bring to life the concepts imagined by our Strategists.
Your Mission

As a Creative Executive, you are a pillar of creative production.
Your role is to bring concepts to life: create static visuals, animate videos, and adapt formats for social campaigns, mainly on Meta and TikTok.
You work closely with Creative Strategists who send you their briefs, and with other members of the production team. Your objective: produce impactful social ads that capture attention in a few seconds, while respecting the brand's charter and tone.
Concretely, you will be asked to:
Create static and video advertising visuals: you know how to enhance the sometimes limited resources (photo / video) shared with you.

Create own and dynamic motion designs that retain attention. You are comfortable with After Effect and you don't hesitate to add that little extra that gives the "wow" effect.

Effectively adapt creative concepts according to different formats and platforms (4:5, 9:16, 1:1…).

Respect brand graphic charters and guidelines, while maintaining strong creativity.

Ensure the visual quality and consistency of deliverables.

Optimize visuals for performance: readability, visual hierarchy, text / image balance, visual hook, clear CTA.

Follow social ads creative trends (effects, transitions, typographies, UGC styles, ad structures) to propose modern and effective productions.
