Sr. Marketing Manager - Healthcare

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Marketing Manager - Healthcare to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will shape product marketing strategy for complex healthcare solutions, with a focus on pharmacy and PBM offerings. The position will translate customer insights and market dynamics into compelling engagement plans that strengthen adoption and support commercial goals. The ideal candidate will partner across research, sales, and marketing teams to activate go-to-market efforts and improve messaging effectiveness.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $102,000 – $170,000 annually

Responsibilities

Develop and execute product marketing strategies for pharmacy and PBM solutions

Translate customer needs and market dynamics into engagement plans

Identify opportunities to enhance customer engagement and product adoption

Establish product marketing priorities aligned with business objectives

Activate go-to-market strategies through various channels and events

Partner with research teams to synthesize market and performance insights

Create sales enablement resources and optimize messaging effectiveness

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field

8+ years of experience in product marketing or healthcare marketing

Proven success developing product marketing strategies for complex solutions

Strong understanding of customer insights and market analysis

Experience with generative AI in marketing applications

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to navigate a matrixed organization and manage competing priorities
