We're looking for driven Outside Sales Representatives who know how to build trust, present solutions, handle objections, and close.

The Job
- Conduct in-home sales appointments with homeowners
- Build rapport and identify customer needs
- Present Five Star's home improvement solutions
- Educate customers on products, options, and financing
- Handle objections and close the sale
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and required paperwork
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in outside sales, in-home sales, remodeling, roofing, windows, siding, solar, automotive, or related sales
- Proven ability to build relationships and close sales
- Competitive, motivated, and coachable
- Confident handling objections and asking for the sale
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
