Life With Machines is Baratunde Thurston’s media project about AI, power and human agency.
We’re hiring a part-time producer to write, edit and post short-form video with Baratunde.
The role: a part-time contract, about 15 to 20 hours a week, fully remote, $3,000 to $4,500 a month.
What you’ll do: brainstorm, script, edit and publish 2 to 3 short videos a week with Baratunde; take them beyond Instagram to YouTube Shorts and platforms outside big tech; track what’s working and turn it into recommendations.
What we’re looking for: short-form work you scripted and edited, with results; writing in someone else’s voice; fact-checking discipline; comfort with Notion and AI tools like Claude, including knowing where they fail.
