Graphic Design Specialist

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design or equivalent experience
About the Role We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Marketing Production Specialist to join our team supporting high-impact marketing and client-facing materials within a fast-paced financial services environment.
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Cloud, graphic design, presentation design, and production workflows , along with the ability to work directly with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality materials under tight deadlines.
Create a variety of high-quality marketing materials, including pitch books, deal books, presentations, covers, templates, infographics, and other client-facing materials .
Produce creative and visually compelling PowerPoint pitch books , providing conceptual and design solutions to enhance client presentations.
Develop motion graphics and other visual assets when required.
Create and trace logos, maps, illustrations, and other graphic elements .
Work directly with workflow teams and clients to understand deadlines, job instructions, design requirements, and priorities .
Maintain accurate job tracking and complete administrative activities related to billing and production workflows .
Support intake coordination and workflow management when required.
Perform thorough quality control (QC) of completed work and assist colleagues with QC activities.
Support and mentor new team members following completion of their initial training.
Contribute to improving production processes, best practices, and internal initiatives .
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, creativity, and attention to detail.
2–5+ years of experience in administrative, operational, marketing production, or creative support within a corporate, service-oriented environment.
Experience working within a financial institution or professional services environment is highly desirable.
Advanced knowledge of graphic design and presentation production tools .
Strong experience with Microsoft Office , particularly:
PowerPoint
Excel
Word
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud , including:
Illustrator
Photoshop
InDesign
Strong understanding of graphic design principles, layout, typography, and visual communication .
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with a team.
Strong customer service and stakeholder communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on quality and accuracy .
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage competing priorities.
