ScaleForward is seeking an Art Director to own project visuals from concept to delivery. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on design across digital and print, with a preference for a Las Cruces grounding and the ability to work remotely.
You will distill ideas, sketch concepts, and shape campaigns that drive brand identity, while balancing timelines and cross-team collaboration. Expect competitive compensation and growth opportunities in a people-centered company.
