Marketing and Sales Manager

Marketing And Sales Manager The Marketing and Sales Manager oversees the day-to-day execution of GSI's marketing, business development, and client relations efforts. Working closely with the Principal, Director of Operations, and Fractional CMO, this role owns key channels including social media, the website, client inquiries, public relations, and professional photography. The ideal candidate will manage consultant and vendor relationships, oversee marketing data and reporting, use metrics to guide decisions, and lead marketing projects and events from planning through completion. This position requires strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively while balancing competing priorities in a dynamic environment. This role reports directly to the Director of Operations and collaborates with the Fractional CMO and Principal. This role is a full-time position: 8 hrs/day, 5 days/week.
