Interface Manager - US, Texas - 12 Months Initial Contract

We’re looking for an Interface Manager to join the team and help deliver this world‑class program.
What you’ll do:
- Implement and maintain robust governance structures across the project lifecycle.
- Act as the primary interface between internal departments, external partners, and local officials.
- Connect dots across diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely decision-making.
- Drive day-to-day project operations, ensuring milestones are met and risks are mitigated.
What you’ll need:
- Extensive experience in project management, chief of staff roles, or interface management within pharma, biotech, or complex manufacturing environments.
- Proven ability to wear multiple hats and operate effectively in ambiguous, fast‑paced settings.
- Strong understanding of governance frameworks and stakeholder management.
- Experience engaging with public affairs, local officials, and community groups.
