EcoShield is hiring a Director of Paid Marketing & MarTech to own all paid channels, the end-to-end MarTech stack, and the P&L for customer acquisition. You will run a multi-channel program, manage a substantial budget, and build the team as the company scales.
You will partner with the CMO and Marketing Data & Analytics to design measurement, optimize CAC/ROAS, and drive marketing attributed revenue. This is a hands-on leadership role in Salt Lake City with significant strategic impact.
