Sales Coordinator
Under the general direction of the Sales Manager, the Sales Coordinator supports group sales, conference sales, banquet sales, and event booking activities for the property. This position is responsible for assisting with sales coordination, contract preparation, booking administration, client communication, invoicing, payment collection, operational documentation, and sales support activities to ensure accurate and timely coordination of meetings, conferences, banquets, group events, and special event bookings.
