Own lifecycle marketing end-to-end: email, in-app messaging, push, and full-journey strategy.
Senior IC role with full ownership of copy, experiments, and results.
What You'll Do:
Build campaigns, segmentation, and personalization in Customer.io.
Run A/B tests, own deliverability, and coordinate messaging across teams.
What We're Looking For:
5+ years owning lifecycle/CRM/email programs for subscription products.
Marketing automation fluency, copy instincts, data comfort, and AI use.
