ARNE is seeking a Senior CRM Executive to develop and implement CRM strategies that boost customer retention, satisfaction and lifetime value. You will oversee cross-channel campaigns (Email, SMS, App) for ARNE UK and international markets, and craft automated journeys with data-driven triggers.
You’ll report weekly on CRM performance, collaborate with Brand and Marketing, and shape testing plans to maximise value from every send. A strong, organized, proactive mindset is essential.
