Lead Regional Marketing Manager

Smile Doctors is seeking a Regional Manager, Sales & Marketing to drive referral growth and build partnerships across multiple clinics. You’ll develop regional strategies, align local initiatives with company goals, and coach a team of Community Relations Representatives to execute events and promotions.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years of multi-location sales/marketing leadership, strong communication and budgeting skills, and are willing to travel up to 75% to support clinics nationwide.
