Strategic Communications Director for Federal Accounts

Red Carrot is seeking a Communications Director to lead client delivery across a portfolio of marketing and communications accounts for federal agency clients. You will manage scope, budgets, teams, and demanding clients, and drive campaigns that meet strategic goals.
You will guide the work across digital, social, creative, research, and outreach campaigns, reviewing outputs before client delivery and using KPIs to optimize strategy.
