Owning a portfolio of client accounts, the full-time Paid Social Media Strategist will manage Meta campaigns, lead bi-weekly client calls, and be accountable for client results and relationships in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities

Build, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns focused on lead generation and appointment booking
Lead bi-weekly client calls, covering performance, strategy, and actionable recommendations
Set up and troubleshoot tracking, Meta pixels, and conversion events while resolving technical issues

Required qualifications

4+ years of hands-on paid media experience, particularly with Meta advertising
Experience managing multiple client accounts and leading client-facing conversations
Proven ability to manage campaigns toward defined performance targets
Familiarity with conversion tracking, pixels, and basic marketing automation
Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
