Job Summary: Manage and run in-house Art Department, design, and produce all branded materials. Responsible for creating conceptual ideas and thoughtfully process them into production files to exceed client expectations. Assist Production Department in running jobs.
Job Responsibilities:
Create compelling, creative designs that exceed client expectations.
Thoughtfully design with material, production, budget, and installation in mind.
Create accurate production files.
Create marketing materials, in-house artwork, and templates
Collaborate with team members on new jobs to ensure project workflow and timelines are met.
Ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
Interact with clients for art files, proofing, and revisions.
Assist team members with Client Design concepts.
Other responsibilities as needed.
Experience using:
Adobe Creative Suite
Photoshop
Illustrator
InDesign
Acrobat
Experience in the print world is a bonus but not a requirement. If you have experience in a print shop, we are looking for you! The successful candidate will be reliable, punctual, and committed to providing high-quality work. This position is 5-days a week in office.
