JOB SUMMARY

The Specialist, Consumer Marketing is responsible for executing traditional consumer marketing initiatives from concept through completion, including Direct Mail, Advertising, and Linear TV campaigns. This role oversees end-to-end project workflows using Workfront, develops clear and comprehensive creative briefs, and partners with internal creative teams and external agencies to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time. Responsibilities include managing production timelines, participating in weekly production meetings, ensuring executional excellence, creating and tracking QR codes, and supporting creative innovation across traditional channels. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, and cross-functional collaboration are critical, and the role also supports broader consumer marketing efforts as needed.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage traditional marketing projects from concept through completion.
  • Oversee end-to-end workflows for print and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery of all assigned projects.
  • Create comprehensive and strategic briefs for Graphics Department by gathering all necessary product information including itineraries, promotions, shore excursions, special programming and applicable add-on programs.
  • Enter all jobs into Workfront, trafficking/routing platform, to ensure production schedules are managed efficiently.
  • Facilitate kickoff meetings for traditional marketing projects to align stakeholders and set expectations.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Graphics Department and Print & Production Department to ensure project timelines and budgets are followed and approvals at all levels are obtained in a timely manner.
  • Leads project management for new creative concepts for Direct Mail and Advertising.
  • Supports Special Projects with proofreading and quality checks.
  • Work alongside Consumer Marketing management and design team to execute advertising projects and add value by coordinating schedules and assets required with external advertising agency.
  • Monitor production timelines and proactively address potential delays or issues.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency across all marketing deliverables.
  • Create and track QR codes to measure campaign performance and engagement.
  • Drive innovation in creative content and direct mail formats.
  • Demonstrate strong time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
  • Conduct competitive market analysis for traditional marketing.
  • Updates the Master Shorex File with new copy as scheduled.
  • Perform other job-related functions as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS

DEGREE TYPE: Bachelor's Degree

FIELD(S) OF STUDY: Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field of study or any equivalent combination of relevant background, skills and experience

EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in consumer or product marketing, preferably within the travel, hospitality, or luxury sectors
  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end print or collateral production projects, including creative review, proofing, and vendor coordination
  • Experience collaborating with creative, operations, and international marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging and execution
  • Proficient in project management and workflow systems such as Workfront or similar platforms
