Strong skill and curiosity about 2D animation and video creation, including motion graphics, digital design, audio editing, and post-production skills.
Proficiency in filming, lighting, and audio recording on-screen talent
Technical proficiency in film and visual design software, particularly in Adobe After Effects; competency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, and/or Audition is a bonus.
Proven experience in using UX design standard processes to effectively present design ideas, processes, and solutions to teams and clients.
Demonstrates ability and interest to think critically and creatively while collaborating with business partners on projects.

3-5 years business experience in a related role plus an undergraduate degree in animation, film design, graphic design, fine arts, or related fields
