Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, must be flexible to some nights and weekends as scheduled

Job Function:
The Lifestyle Administrator/Communications Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Lifestyle team with marketing and communications efforts related to community events, activities, and programming. This position focuses heavily on creating marketing materials, managing digital platforms, and promoting engagement with residents. Administrative support for event coordination is also part of the role, but the primary focus is on marketing initiatives and outreach.
Duties:Develops and implements marketing strategies to promote community events and programs, including creating flyers, graphics, and other promotional materials.Manages social media profiles, website content and account registrations, and the community mobile app to ensure timely and engaging communications with residents.Assists with digital marketing campaigns, including mass email distribution, newsletters, and push notifications through the community app.Collaborates with the Lifestyle Coordinators and Lifestyle Manager on planning and promoting events and recreational activities, with a focus on maximizing resident participation through effective marketing.Engages with residents via digital platforms and responds to inquiries related to events, activities, and community offerings.Maintains accurate records of marketing efforts, including metrics on digital engagement, attendance, and resident feedback.Answers phones, primarily for Lifestyle inquiries, but also occasionally for general inquiries.Provides general office administration and occasional backup support to the front desk administrator.Assists the Lifestyle Department with events and recreation programs as needed, which will include working nights, weekends, and some holidays.Assists with recreational facility reservations and rentals as needed, though this is not a primary focus of the role.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:
Marketing experience is preferred, especially in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.Canva, PhotoShop or other visual editing software programs requiredWeb Development experience a plus, but not requiredEducation/Experience: High School Diploma or GEDLicenses/Certifications: Valid Driver's License
