DescriptionSummary:Responsible for the planning, coordinating, and implementation of all marketing activities and programs for the Congregation. Employs strategies that are designed to increase the awareness through multiple marketing, advertising, and promotional initiatives of the Congregation of the Sisters of Charity of the Incarnate Word.
Interprets service and communication needs for all audiences developing comprehensive market strategies that encourage understanding, acceptance, and good will in support of the Congregation’s strategic plan. Will monitor and review the effectiveness and appropriateness of market strategies with respect to their audience.Maintains consistency with Administrative and Departmental policies with appropriate behavior, dress, attitude, attendance, confidentiality, professionalism, and reliabilityResponsible for writing, layout, and design of special projects such as publications, non-agency display advertising, booklets and support materials as requested and newsletters including The Word Today and Amor Meus MagazineCoordinates CSM participation in community events, health fairs, etcCreate Power Point presentations for meetings and other administration projects as requested by directorWorks with Director/Manager to effectively promote all social media platforms, coordinates with agency on maintaining fresh daily postingsMaintains functional and orderly system for prioritizing and completing printing job assignmentsWorks with Printer and other entities as approved by director to ensure deadlines are metCreates, updates, maintains and interprets data bases for mail outs, labels, development reports, media and others as requestedReviews and provides information on computer software and revisions of current applicationsEffectively manipulate a variety of computer programs including desktop publishing, drawing, scanning, word processing, presentations, web site design, data bases and file management (Salesforce)Develops and maintains photo and video library of events and shares with archives departmentRequirements:Bachelor's Degree is essential0- 1 years of experienceWork Type:Full Time
