SUMMARY
Supports production by selecting dairy and fluid products to be placed on the conveyor chain for each work order.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
•Pulls work orders in sequence and place products on conveyor chain.
•Checks each item after products are placed on the line.
•Tips-up one unit in the top case of each stack of the last route selected.
•Places tag in products at the end of the night for rotation.
•Picks up trash from work area and hoses down the chains, chain covers, and the floor daily.

This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers. Ability to print and speak simple sentences.

Performing this position requires frequently lifting dairy products up to 60 lbs. It also requires reaching and handling of dairy products and pulling stacks of products (that are stacked six high with a distance of 17 feet).
