Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:
Shift:
Monday-Friday - Hours: 8:30am to 4:30pm Or 10:30am to 6:30pm
Contract:
Temp to Hire
Pay Rate:

19.00
The Order Fulfillment Associate is responsible for the initial processing of customer orders and handling order rejections. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. Please note, responsibilities will be assigned at the discretion of the Operations Manager and VP of Operations based on the needs of the department and company.
Essential Functions:
• Contact clients to notify them when adjustments to an order are needed
• Performing voids and sales returns for our bank clients
• Processing incoming inventory and non-inventory orders
• Scheduling armored pick-ups
• FedEx end-of-day reconciliation
• Ensure all operations deadlines are met daily
• Ensure all office safety guidelines are followed at all times

Required Education and Experience:
• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service, banking, operations, or related industries.
• High School Diploma
Pay Details:
$19.00 per hour
