This unique, shared position offers an opportunity to play a critical operational leadership role across both organizations, advancing shared goals with aligned strategies while respecting each organization’s distinct mission.

Position Summary\nThe Director of Operations will oversee and coordinate operational functions across MCSR and DCCESV, ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant organizational processes. This role involves strategic planning, financial management, human resources oversight, and fostering collaboration between both entities. The Director will act as a bridge to align administrative and operational strategies, support program and service delivery goals, and enhance organizational capacity.

Key Responsibilities\nOperational Leadership\nManage daily operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals for both MCSR and DCCESV.\nDevelop, implement, and monitor organizational policies and procedures that comply with legal, regulatory, and funder requirements.

Financial Management\nOversee budgeting, financial reporting, and grant compliance for both organizations.\nCoordinate with finance teams to ensure accurate accounting, audits, and financial transparency.

Human Resources\nSupport recruitment, onboarding, and staff development in collaboration with leadership.\nPromote a positive workplace culture emphasizing equity, respect, and collaboration.

Collaboration and Communication\nServe as a liaison between MCSR and DCCESV leadership, staff, and external partners.\nFacilitate regular coordination meetings to align operations, identify efficiencies, and share best practices.

Program Support\nWork with program directors to ensure operational support meets programmatic needs.\nSupport special initiatives and activities with logistical and operational guidance.

Compliance and Risk Management\nEnsure compliance with relevant laws, policies, and funding requirements across both organizations.\nIdentify and mitigate operational risks and implement continuous improvement practices.

Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Public Health, or related field (Master’s preferred).\nMinimum 5 years of operational leadership experience, ideally in nonprofit or business settings.\nStrong financial management skills including budgeting and grant oversight.\nExperience managing multi-stakeholder collaborations or shared services.\nExceptional interpersonal and communication skills.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.\nCommitment to the missions of MCSR and DCCESV with understanding of sexual violence and prevention issues.\nProficiency with nonprofit management software, budgeting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Working Conditions\nThis position requires a flexible work schedule to meet the needs of two organizations.\nHybrid remote and on-site work.
