The ideal candidate will be passionate about building influencer relationships for our company and demonstrate exceptional communication skills, organization, creativity, and awareness of the influencer landscape.
3-5 years of brand marketing experience, including experience in managing influencers/streamers and/or communities for fashion brands.
Strong background in creating innovative and engaging events and activities for influencer campaigns and influencer communities.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with brief, punchy prose, and excellent grammar required for client deliverables.
Skilled in analytical and quantitative thinking with the ability to assess KPI data and focus on ROI metrics.
Self-motivated, highly attentive to detail, process-oriented, fast learner; able to work independently, as this is a remote job for 3 out of 5 days. Also, able to work closely with founders 2 days a week in the office.
Great team player with a positive attitude and exceptional communication skills, including writing and presentation.
Skilled in project management tools and influencer management platforms.
As our Influencer Marketing Manager, you will build an influencer program that is effective in tracking performance and building long-lasting relationships. You will manage and maintain our existing influencer relationships, organize the gifting and content creation of our influencers, and create influencer programs to engage and recruit influencers, executing result-driven campaigns.
This position will require 2 days at the office.
