Description of Primary Duties
Meyer Library’s Resource Management & Discovery Department seeks an out-going and detail-oriented student employee to assist in procedures and assignments related to the purchasing and processing of library materials. Library Information Student Assistants are pivotal in creating an environment that leads to a positive customer experience for our diverse community of library users. Duties will include the processing of donated materials, cross-referencing incoming materials with current records through our integrated library system ( ILS ), assisting of the processing of materials, assisting in the sorting and delivery of library mail, and other tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Ability to work 10-20 hours a week between the hours of 8am and 5pm.
