Access Hollywood is breaking the news that Whitney Houston is finally kicking Bobby Brown's worthless ass to the curb. The press release says:

The source says legal documents were filed Friday and that Bobby Brown was served with those documents yesterday. Houston plans to officially file for divorce in October.
