ABC News’ Chris Cuomo has landed an interview with Victim #1, one of the men in the center of the Penn State sex abuse scandal. The sit-down, which will air in late October, is timed to correspond with the release of Victim #1′s tell-all book about Jerry Sandusky and Penn State. It will be his first interview since news of the scandal broke.

Cuomo’s sit down will air  on “World News” and “Nightline” on October 23 and on “Good Morning America” on October 24. Cuomo will also be a guest on “Katie,” Katie Couric‘s syndicated talk show October 23. Interestingly, “Katie” airs on some non-ABC stations, including KING in Seattle, KGW in Portland, WSMV in Nashville, and KSL in Salt Lake City, all NBC affiliates, meaning the ABC exclusive will be promoted on other networks.
