The New York Post reports more information about the arrest and arraignment of CNN reporter Richard Quest.

Quest, who was arrested early Friday morning for loitering in Central Park and criminal possession of a controlled substance, agreed to undergo six months of drug counseling in order to drop the charges, reports the Post. Quest's lawyer said, "Mr. Quest didn't realize that the park had a curfew."

The Post reports that, besides the methamphetamine in his pocket, Quest was found with "a rope around his neck that was tied to his genitals, and a sex toy in his boot."
