Golfer Phil Mickelson was a guest on Fox & Friends this morning discussing the battles his wife and mother are fighting with breast cancer. A couple hours after the interview aired, Rep. Paul Broun from Georgia referenced Mickelson's interview on the floor of the House of Representatives.

Rep. Broun: "This morning on 'FOX & Friends' one of my favorite golfers, Phil Mickelson, was talking about his wife and mother having breast cancer. He made an astonishing statement. He said that the treatment of breast cancer today is better than it was five years ago, better than 10 years ago and he's absolutely right."
