MobiTV, Inc., the leader in mobile and broadband entertainment services, and FOX Business Network today announced a content licensing agreement under which MobiTV will offer FOX Business Network as a dedicated, live channel of full-length linear programming, the same version as seen on cable and satellite line-ups. FOX Business is now available to MobiTVĀ® service subscribers on their enabled wireless handsets via the company's carrier partners, serving as a business critical service for users who need 24/7 access to breaking news and information.

"Placing FOX Business Network content on MobiTV helps us reach the fast-growing mobile television audience," said Tim Carry, senior vice president of affiliate relations, FOX Business Network. "We are pleased to partner with MobiTV to bring breaking business and financial news to viewers."

FOX Business on MobiTV features live, full-length linear programming including shows such as "Fox Business Morning," "Money for Breakfast," "The Opening Bell," "Happy Hour," "Cavuto" hosted by Neil Cavuto, "America's Nightly Scoreboard" and "The Dave Ramsey Show on FOX Business."

"We are proud to offer our subscribers the highest quality content like FOX Business Network, especially those who want wireless, anywhere access to breaking business and financial news on the go," said Jeff Bartee, vice president of content and programming, MobiTV. "Adding FOX Business Network's programming to our line-up underscores our continuing commitment to partner with best-of-class content partners, providing them with a ground-breaking platform to reach even more viewers."

MobiTV is the most popular mobile television service in the market today, providing subscribers with a variety of news, sports and entertainment programming. FOX Business Network offers consumers access to breaking news, analysis and interviews during commute times, airport delays and other high dwell-time events. The increasing percentage of smartphones in the market and the high data attach rate makes this content offering a valuable addition to the MobiTV lineup of services.
