Job Description:

Develops and maintains user and technical documentation, as well as project process documentation for Information Technology Teams. Understands the user’s perspective of applications and/or technology, and organizes procedures logically. Provides expertise on technical concepts of applications and user groups, structuring procedures effectively. Writes various technical articles, reports, brochures, and manuals for documentation purposes. May coordinate graphics display and document production.

Performs advanced (senior-level) technical writing, coordinating composition, organization, and editing of compiled information. Works independently with minimal supervision, exercising initiative and judgment. May handle complex technical writing tasks and prepare materials for speeches and public presentations.

Assists IT in documenting environment, policies, procedures, and plans of the IT Division. Conducts detailed data analysis, research, and monitors data quality. Develops customer-centric metrics and reporting, supporting performance, quality, and process improvements through data analysis and visualization. Manages data analysis, encourages evaluative thinking, and uses data to support staff, programs, and operations.
