Position Summary

Financial oversight includes reviewing P&L statements, managing budgets, and achieving sales and profit goals. The role promotes diversity, teamwork, integrity, customer service, and continuous improvement, supporting Walmart’s mission and values.

Minimum Qualifications
2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience. For firearm-selling facilities, successful completion of background checks and training is required. All associates must complete required trainings and assessments.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership or a Certificate of Completion in People and Business Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University. Experience supervising five or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
