Training & Website Content Administrator

The Ohio Facilities Construction Commission (OFCC) oversees capital projects undertaken by state agencies and higher education institutions; manages Ohio's school facility programs supporting public K-12 school construction and renovation; and funds community-based cultural and sports facilities projects.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and implement technology-based training using tools like Captivate and Oracle Guided Learning Service, creating engaging multimedia content.
- Maintain and update the OFCC website, ensuring content accuracy and accessibility, and monitor site performance.
- Coordinate and deliver internal and external training programs, maintain training records, and communicate with stakeholders.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve training content and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, public administration, communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 2 years of experience in training coordination, instructional design, website maintenance, or customer support, preferably in a public sector or construction environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Photoshop, Adobe, Captivate, Oracle Guided Learning Service, HTML, content management systems (e.g., Contentful), and OAKS-CI.
- Strong skills in developing technology-based training, visual design, and delivering training to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with effective communication skills across different educational levels.
Additional Information
- Location: BWC 4th Floor, Columbus, OH.
- Salary: $36 - $43/hour, commensurate with experience.
- Schedule: Full-time, Unclassified, Exempt from Union.
