Join our team as a Studio & Merchandise Assistant at Horizontal Talent. This role supports the operations of our creative studio and visual merchandising team, ideal for someone organized, efficient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage seasonal product samples for the creative studio and merchandising team.
• Track sample arrivals and maintain accurate records, addressing issues promptly.
• Keep sample racks and closets well-organized and accessible.
• Assist in preparing studio sets and maintain a tidy studio environment.
• Coordinate seasonal projects and facilitate sample donations with the merchandising team.
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and support team objectives.
• Assist with photographing studio setups as needed.

Skills

• Excellent organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and email; ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of accountability, especially regarding data accuracy.

Preferred Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in retail, studio, or sample management.
• Proactive mindset and ability to work collaboratively.
