Overview
Assistant Studio Sales Manager (McCormick Ranch) at CycleBar. CycleBar is seeking an assistant sales/studio manager for our state-of-the-art location in McCormick Ranch. Our Assistant Managers are passionate about fitness and delivering a superior experience, prioritizing sales and revenue within the studio.
Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in meeting studio sales goals, membership renewals, and ancillary service goals through strategic pre-planning, outreach to new customers, in-club leads (first-time riders), and member referrals.
- Lead and coach the CBX team, exemplifying hospitality and sales conversion tactics, under the supervision of a Franchise Owner, national sales director, and the CycleBar Experience team.
- Build lasting relationships with prospective and current members to foster ambassadorship and member retention, and uphold CycleBar's hospitality-focused culture.
- Drive revenue across two streams: memberships and retail.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio; manage staff schedules and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions.
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio and convert them to members.
- Support onboarding and ongoing training to improve hospitality and sales performance.
- Collaborate with the Studio Owner to set monthly, weekly, and daily targets and monitor progress toward goals.
- Drive referral business through ambassadorship.
Qualifications / Requirements
- 2+ years of retail, service sales, or fitness sales experience.
- Confident in generating personal sales and in training Sales Reps in sales.
- Ability to manage and drive two revenue streams: memberships and retail.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills in person, on the phone, and via email.
- Ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment.
- Strong judgment to recognize areas for improvement and implement changes.
- Affinity and passion for fitness.
- Solid writing and grammar skills.
- Highly organized with data management skills; ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat; trustworthy with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public.
- Proficiency with computers and studio software.
- Weekend hours are mandatory (Friday–Monday).
