Senior Community Manager
Location:
Redmond, OR (Onsite, with travel between properties within Redmond)
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, Full-Time
Compensation:
$55,000 – $65,000 annually, DOE

Position Overview:
LHH Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Community Manager to oversee multiple affordable housing properties in Redmond, OR. This is a full-time, onsite role that requires travel between properties within the Redmond area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management within the affordable housing sector and demonstrated leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and mentor onsite property management teams
Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture
Provide coaching, performance feedback, and support professional development
Oversee property budgets, expense tracking, and financial performance
Prepare and present monthly financial reports to senior leadership
Ensure compliance with financial policies and funding requirements
Resident Relations
Promote a welcoming and supportive environment for residents
Address resident concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Lead community engagement initiatives and resident retention strategies
Marketing & Leasing
Develop and execute marketing plans to maintain occupancy targets
Oversee leasing activities, including application processing and compliance
Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to remain competitive
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager in affordable housing
Strong understanding of HUD, LIHTC, and other affordable housing regulations
Proven experience in people leadership and team development
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to travel between properties within Redmond, OR
