Job Title: Senior Community Manager
Location: Redmond, OR (Onsite, with travel between properties within Redmond)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Full-Time
Compensation: $55,000 – $65,000 annually, DOE
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Position Overview: LHH Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Community Manager to oversee multiple affordable housing properties in Redmond, OR. This is a full-time, onsite role that requires travel between properties within the Redmond area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management within the affordable housing sector and demonstrated leadership capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor onsite property management teams
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture
- Provide coaching, performance feedback, and support professional development
- Oversee property budgets, expense tracking, and financial performance
- Prepare and present monthly financial reports to senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and funding requirements
Resident Relations
- Promote a welcoming and supportive environment for residents
- Address resident concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Lead community engagement initiatives and resident retention strategies
Marketing & Leasing
- Develop and execute marketing plans to maintain occupancy targets
- Oversee leasing activities, including application processing and compliance
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to remain competitive
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager in affordable housing
- Strong understanding of HUD, LIHTC, and other affordable housing regulations
- Proven experience in people leadership and team development
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel between properties within Redmond, OR
