WithMe is looking for a
Marketing RevOps Analyst
is the connection between Marketing and Revenue Operations. In this role, you'll ensure clean data, accurate attribution, and actionable insights that directly shape how marketing investments drive pipeline, revenue, and growth.
You'll work across Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and BI platforms to build and automate dashboards, refine attribution, and provide leadership a clear picture of marketing's impact on revenue. This position reports to the VP of Marketing and is fully remote.
What We're Looking For
Experience & Skills
At least 2 years of experience in Marketing Ops, RevOps, or Marketing Analytics. Advanced Salesforce and HubSpot expertise (reporting, workflows, lead management). Strong proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and automation software (Make, n8n, etc.). Experience with attribution modelingCRO, and B2B marketing funnel metrics (CAC, pipeline velocity, conversion rates, ROI).
Attributes
Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and organized. Skilled at translating complex data into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders. Excellent communicator—both written and verbal. Proactive, deadline-driven, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
What You'll Do
Own marketing-to-revenue reporting framework; optimize attribution, lead scoring, and funnel metrics Build and maintain dashboards in CRM, GA and BI tools with insights and recommendations to improve marketing performance Analyze channel performance, A/B tests, and CRO opportunities Conduct market analysis, competitor tracking, and segmentation updates Ensure clean CRM data; audit leads for quality and progression Provide insights to align Marketing and Sales on shared pipeline metrics, SLAs and definitions of lead stages Document processes, train team, and recommend tools for efficiency
Full compensation packages are based on position location as well as candidate experience and qualifications.
This position will also qualify for annual bonus opportunity.
Base Salary Range
$65,000—$75,000 USD
