MINA BAIE is hiring: Digital Content Creator in Los Angeles

We seek a Content Creator with exceptional taste to join our creative team. Reporting directly to the CEO/Creative Director and collaborating with the marketing team, you will execute elevated content across photo, video, and digital formats that reflect our refined brand aesthetic. Your work will bring the brand vision to life, create compelling storytelling across channels, and support the CEO’s personal brand presence. This role is based in our Los Angeles headquarters, Monday through Friday.

What You’ll Do

Content Creation

• Create compelling content across social platforms, email, and digital touchpoints
• Produce elevated lifestyle photography, product styling, and brand imagery
• Develop video content including product reveals, behind-the-scenes storytelling, and lifestyle features
• Collaborate with the marketing team on content and campaign calendars
• Develop templates and guidelines for influencer/partnership content

CEO Personal Branding

• Support CEO’s personal brand and thought leadership presence
• Create founder-focused content and authentic leadership storytelling
• Produce high-quality visual content for CEO’s personal channels
• Collaborate closely with the Brand & PR Manager to ensure CEO content aligns with the broader brand narrative and PR agenda
• Provide creative direction and inspiration to ensure content meets luxury brand standards
• Establish visual guidelines that elevate overall brand presentation
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistency across all content
• Support the Brand & PR Manager with visual assets for media outreach

Requirements

Experience

• Must be available to work on-site at our Los Angeles headquarters, Monday through Friday
• 3–5 years in content creation with demonstrated exceptional taste
• Experience with luxury, lifestyle, or premium consumer goods brands preferred
• Portfolio showcasing sophisticated visual content and consistent brand execution
• Track record of producing compelling photo, video, and digital content
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with marketing teams

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or Design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software
• Strong photography and videography skills with elevated aesthetic
• Platform expertise and audience engagement strategies
• Project management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and collaborative abilities

Technical

• Proficiency in Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
• Experience with content management systems and email marketing platforms
• Understanding of content analytics and performance measurement
• Knowledge of platform-specific content optimization
