What you'll do
- Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (e.g., customers, suppliers, associates).
- Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling, assigning duties and coordinating workloads to achieve facility goals (e.g., production, quality, safety).
- Monitor and manage productivity of the area of responsibility by preparing, reviewing, and/or analyzing business reports.
- Maintain quality and safety standards in the area of responsibility by ensuring associates are trained on logistics and company policies, standards and procedures; monitor associate compliance; distribute and maintain procedures and supporting documentation.
- Identify associate, customer, and/or supplier concerns by listening and consulting with others when needed to determine corrective action or recommendations to resolve.
- Supervise and develop associates and leaders in the area of responsibility by assigning duties, coordinating workloads, monitoring performance, providing feedback, teaching, supporting and modeling policies and procedures; identify training and development needs; participate in hiring, promotion, coaching, teaching and evaluation of associates and leaders.
- Respect the individual and build high-performing teams; foster a culture of belonging where associates feel seen, supported, and connected; create opportunities for all associates to thrive and perform.

Compensation and benefits
The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00-$98,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Minimum Qualifications: Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field with 1 year of supervisory experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field OR 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience OR 2 years Walmart Logistics experience OR 2 years supervisory experience. Associates must attend and complete all required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
