We are seeking a candidate who also has the ability to create recipes for new, fun & exciting products to offer. Previous experience is highly desired.**We are currently looking for a:**Story Land- Fudge Confections Artist**Roles & Responsibilities:**Roles and Responsibilities* Set up and breakdown of workstation* Mixing and cooking candy ingredients by following, modifying, or formulating recipes.* Examining, feeling and tasting products to ensure great quality, color, texture and flavor.* Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation* Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment: refrigeration, kettles, food warmers, display cases, etc.* Maintain appropriate inventory levels at workstation* Prepare food items according to recipes and portion sizes.* Maintain a safe work environment by following the standards set forth by ServSafe, NH Health Dept, and In Park Revenue management.* Operate a computerized point of sale system.* Be friendly and focused on guest experience.* Be willing to work as part of a teamRequirements* 16 years of age or older* Punctual, reliable* Able to work in a fast-paced environment* Able to be productive during slow periods* Able to lift light loads (25 lbs.,) stand for long periods (5+ hrs.,) bend/squat and reach* Able to follow direction and communicate relevant information* Able to maintain hygiene and personal appearance consistent with policies outlined in the Team Member Handbook* Able to follow daily tasks as outlined in the In Park Revenue standard training operating procedures* Assist with trucks and deliveries when needed* Desire to have fun while creating a memorable experience.Additional information:* This position is seasonal, offering 10-40+ hours weekly (based on NH labor laws)* Earn tips on food and beverage sales during your shift* Employee discount of 50% off of food and beverage and 20% off of retail items* Free fountain drinks during your shift* Free personal season pass to Story Land and Living Shores Aquarium during employment* Free friends and family day passes after 80 hours of employment* Receive White Mountains Attractions (WMA) and New England Association of Amusement Parks & Attractions (NEAAPA) passbooks* Access to 20+ sister parks via name badge**Team member benefits:**Do not miss the chance to spark your career now! #J-18808-Ljbffr
