Responsibilities

• Lead and manage 4 to 5 teams in developing high-level strategies for clients
• Cultivate strong relationships with media and influencers to enhance agency visibility
• Deliver exemplary client service, maintaining strong working relationships and effective communication
• Oversee the execution of strategic communications plans and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
• Mentor junior staff and assist in their development through regular feedback and support

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in a PR agency
• Strong background in consumer brand PR with knowledge of corporate PR and crisis management
• Proven experience in managing press offices and handling press inquiries
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong understanding of media requirements
• Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels, both internally and externally

Preferred Qualifications

• Record of high academic achievement with a good degree, particularly in English and/or Business
• Experience in measuring the ROI of communications activities and delivering impactful PR campaigns
• A wide network of media contacts across various platforms
• Demonstrated creativity and innovative thinking in campaign development
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with flexibility and change
