The Role
Integrated Marketing Manager, B2B — DoorDash Commerce Platform We’re looking for an experienced Integrated Marketing Manager to join our B2B Integrated Marketing team, focusing on the DoorDash Commerce Platform line of business. Integrated Marketing at DoorDash is responsible for defining and driving the end-to-end integrated marketing strategy for some of our most critical first-party Commerce Platform products across key surfaces. This role will be instrumental in creating awareness and education around operating seamlessly on DoorDash, while also building and optimizing pipeline growth through targeted B2B campaigns. You’ll identify the right merchants to target, design easy-to-navigate merchant journeys in partnership with growth marketing, CRM, and product, and implement strategies that unclog integrated channels to improve conversion and scale. You’ll explore and test net-new strategies for pipeline acceleration using both traditional and innovative channels. With mentorship from the Senior Manager, Merchant Marketing, and in collaboration with DCP Strategy & Ops and Product Management, you will surface audience insights that inform the roadmap, then translate those into scaled go-to-market campaigns and 0-1 demand generation experiments. Ultimately, your work will fuel brand awareness and pipeline health across our B2B ecosystem. Responsibilities
Create awareness and education around operating on DoorDash and build/optimize pipeline growth through targeted B2B campaigns. Identify the right merchants to target and design merchant journeys in collaboration with growth marketing, CRM, and product teams. Implement strategies to unclog integrated channels, improve conversion, and scale. Explore and test net-new strategies for pipeline acceleration across traditional and innovative channels. Surface audience insights to inform the roadmap and translate them into scaled campaigns and 0-1 demand generation experiments. Collaborate with DCP Strategy & Ops, Product Management, and cross-functional teams to drive go-to-market initiatives and impact. Ideal Candidate
Proven B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally in high-growth environments. Track record of driving pipeline growth through integrated campaigns and demand generation. Experience identifying and removing bottlenecks to optimize integrated channels for efficiency and scalability. Strong cross-functional partnership skills (growth marketing, CRM, product, research, analytics). Ability to switch between strategic planning and tactical execution. Data-driven mindset with analytics, insights, and experimentation to maximize impact. Proven success building consensus with large cross-functional teams and senior leaders. What You'll Work On
Partner with research and analytics to understand merchant audiences and surface opportunities to leadership to improve product awareness and inbound/product adoptions in SMB. Develop acquisition strategy across Commerce Platform products with Growth Marketing, CRM, and Content teams; identify and scale new channels to drive rapid growth. Lead cross-functional marketing programs with Product Management, engineering, sales, and analytics teams. Design and refine Platform products and surfaces to improve adoption and retention. Collaborate with sales to optimize the customer lifecycle for managed and unmanaged segments. Qualifications
BA required 6+ years in Marketing or Product in corporate or startup environment Proven GTM launches driving adoption and business impact; ability to identify opportunities for experimentation Fluency with data, market sizing, forecasting, and campaign efficacy analysis Experience collaborating with Marketing, Product, Sales, Strategy/Ops to build products/services for business customers Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: $129,200—$190,000 USD, location-dependent. Starting pay determined by factors including skills, experience, location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized. Opportunities for equity grants.
