About the Role

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for its Commodity Business Center. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the credit analysis and review process for a portfolio of accounts, carrying out financial and credit risk analysis, and evaluating the risk aspects of transaction terms and conditions in line with company policies. This role involves preparing credit reports, managing the covenant review and collateral monitoring process for asset-based loans, and maintaining a portfolio of accounts with a focus on customer relationship management and compliance with KYC requirements.

Key responsibilities also include identifying and originating new client relationships, assessing credit needs, and negotiating credit agreements. The role requires the ability to coach junior staff, stay informed about industry and market developments, and interact with various departments to present recommendations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in credit and financial analysis, be adept at managing a diverse set of tasks, and have excellent communication and negotiation skills. A proactive approach to client management and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment are essential.
