Key Responsibilities:

• Consistently achieve and exceed personal sales targets.
• Promote and enroll customers in the Music & Arts lesson program.
• Build relationships through networking with local teachers, schools, churches, and community groups.
• Provide engaging sales presentations based on thorough training.
• Deliver outstanding customer service that fosters brand loyalty.
• Contribute to store operations, including merchandising and store maintenance.
• Maintain security protocols for store operations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
