Your Role:
As a Music Educator, you'll cultivate a dynamic, supportive, and safe environment where students can flourish. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering engaging music lessons to students of various ages and abilities.
- Building strong relationships with students and parents through consistent communication, goal-setting, and progress tracking.
- Collaborating with store teams to manage lesson scheduling and enhance student retention.
- Sharing your musical knowledge to inspire and nurture student growth.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Music Education, Music Performance, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of music teaching experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degrees (Master's or Doctoral) in Music.
- Professional teaching memberships or certifications.
- 8+ years of teaching experience across multiple instruments (such as guitar, piano, violin, and more).
